KnowMyMarkers provides health information and educational insights for informational purposes only. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition.

2. No medical diagnosis

The Service does not diagnose medical conditions. Biomarker values, reference ranges, and explanations provided by the Service are educational in nature. Reference ranges can differ between laboratories, methods, populations, and circumstances. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on this Service.

3. Your data

You own your health data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the lab reports you upload and the biomarker values you verify. You can export or delete your data at any time. We do not sell or share your health data with third parties.

4. AI features

The Service uses AI to extract biomarker values and generate educational content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate. Extraction confidence scores are provided for each result, and you must verify all values before they are saved. Raw AI output never directly overwrites your verified data.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or contains malicious software. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are governed by our refund policy as described on the Pricing page.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KnowMyMarkers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
